Marbled Consciousness

The owl is the classic psychopomp, the guide between worlds. In shamanic traditions, the owl represents night vision—the ability to see what others cannot, to navigate by moon logic and instinct. Its orange eyes are twin suns in the underworld, points of focused awareness in a sea of dissolution. The hand is the bridge between human and animal, between self and Other.
